MicroC
MicroC is a programmable system which controls the compressor operation and adapts this to the specific requirements of the air distribution system and usage levels. It has different programming levels and special options for controlling and analysing the operation and faults. Advanced programming and analysis levels are protected by digital codes to avoid unintentional tampering as well as the MicroC's integrated memory module that stores the operational settings and data in case of an electricity cut out.
HARDWARE
MicroC is a module including:
- Segments display for data displaying
- Luminous icons
- Keys for programming and data consultation
The controller is equipped with a clock, allowing to set programmed startings (weekly programming). It is equipped with interface RS485 (optional) to communicate with PC supervisor.
SOFTWARE
Simple use based on menu structure. Displaying of:
- Analog data: line pressure, oil temperature, air outlet temperature
- General data: alarms, operative messages, machine status, maximum and minimum pressures
- Hour counter: display of on/off times, operation, load, maintenance times
- Events storing: alarms and blocks storing, with indication that alarm operated, hour of the alarm operation, machine status
The device allows the following:
- Start/stop weekly and hourly programming
- Immediate reading on the display of compressor operational data
- Programming of basic parameters (accessible by the user) for optimal compressor
- Status check of controller/machine inputs and outputs to detect possible failures in the compressor electrical system and/or in the safety devices
- Storing of up to 5 fault events
NOTE
MicroC, connected to Mattei SuperVisor supervision device (Optional), allows:
- The remote monitoring through web interface
- To signal alarms through e-mail, fax or mobile phone
MicroC, equipped with expansion module, can be also connected to Multicomp II or equivalent sequence control devices
