The Varimix is our bespoke mixing system, that allows garages, workshops and maintenance engineers to fill up engine coolant and screen wash tanks without having to hand mix their product. Our anti-freeze and water unit pumps both liquids into a single manifold where it is mixed and then dispensed into your pipe work, allowing you to have drop points and outlets for screenwash or antifreeze all over your garage.

Our famous box has been available now for over 25 years, and despite alterations it has never had a full upgrade of internals nor a redesign of it's slender figure - a testament to the high quality of materials and manufacturing that we've put into every unit. At long last though, the smell of change is in the wind, with epic consequences...!

Sometimes a pump is only needed for a short period of usage and it doesn't make economical sense to add the cost of purchase into a contract or job pricing. A client may request a one off fluid transfer task that is a heavier duty than would necessarily be called for in everyday circumstances. This is where our hire fleet of air pumps is most beneficial. The Wilden® flap valve system is designed to allow free passage of solids without clogging or stalling the pump action during routine tasks. It also means product entrapment with settling solids on intermittent duty applications is eradicated as fluid has no cavities to fill or crevices where sitting product could potentially internally damage your unit. The pump features top suction and bottom discharge with large internal clearance for solid passing up to 2" and 3" diameter dependent on model variant. The unique beauty of having these capabilities is further enhanced by the decreased amount of downtime and reduced cost in maintenance thanks to the simplicity of design.
The Advanced™ Brahma™ also comes equipped with the patented Wilden® Pro-Flo X™ Air Distribution System featuring the Efficiency Management System. The EMS optimises the operation of the Brahma pump with the turn of an integrated control dial. This enables the pump user to select directly on the unit the desired efficiency point and flow rate that best suits the application. This results in higher performance and lower operational costs for air consumption / parts fatigue, coupled with greater performance flexibility.

A tough environment certainly calls for a durable design and performance. The M300 pump has evolved from the standard peristaltic pump to achieve a compact and portable design, yet still remaining flexible, offering the greatest range of hose and material selection from any of the peristaltic manufacturers. Established for 15 years as indispensable providers in the positive displacement pumping industry, ELRO® provide reliable and efficient fluid movement under the most highly demanding of operational conditions.

The ideal applications include:

We have become distributors for yet another group - the PDA! The PDA is a corporate representative body for the pump distribution industry within Britain and Ireland. Its aims are to promote the most efficient and effective use of quality products from it's members, for the benefit of the end user, whether it be for companies or individuals. The PDA also uses a code of conduct to ensure customer satisfaction whilst upholding the high reputation of its members. The code is binding on all it's members and a provision is made in the Association's Constitution for investigation and arbitration in any cases of complaint against a PDA member!
